A privately-run chocolate museum in Colonia Juárez, Mexico City. Founded in 2012 by Ana Rita García Lascuráin, MUCHO traces cacao from Olmec origins through the Spanish colonial spread to modern bean-to-bar craft. The museum houses a library, a tasting room, and regular workshops.
